1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
2. Order Processing All orders are subject to verification and availability confirmation prior to fulfillment. Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on non-business days will be processed on the next available business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers We partner with major carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to fulfill shipments. The available shipping methods will be presented at checkout. Carrier selection is at our sole discretion based on destination, package dimensions, and weight.
4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier's system.
6. Undeliverable Packages In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package from a carrier facility, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-shipment.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable carrier policies.
8. Risk of Loss Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
9. Policy Modifications We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
